I have been able to help a wide range of people including children, teens, and adults, serving my clients through individual, group, and family therapy. I have been able to assist my clients with issues including depression, ADHD, anxiety, marital conflict, parenting issues, and past trauma.

My approach is very relationship driven. I believe the benefits of therapy are deeply connected to the therapeutic relationship. I typically draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches while serving my clients, primarily Reality Therapy, CBT, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
I am very passionate about helping others. I enjoy building others up and helping them to reach their full potential. I know that there are times in everyone’s life when they need to feel like someone is there to hear them and support them. My goal is to fill that role in those hard times.
