My goal is to help parents understand why their child is struggling and to develop a treatment plan and educational strategies that nurture strengths, compensate for weaknesses, and support identified areas of need. Let me help you to identify your child's strengths and weaknesses in order to make practical and meaningful recommendations to address the presenting problem, to better educate your child's school about his or her unique needs, and to identify appropriate resources and services in the community.
I also provide individual therapy and psychoeducational skills groups for children and adolescents. I enjoy helping young people develop self-regulation, social-emotional coping, and communication skills to promote emotional health and interpersonal success.
