Hi! I'm Sara, founder of Greenhouse Psychotherapy- a boutique mental health practice serving adults & adolescents of all genders. Greenhouse is a group practice striving to provide the highest quality mental health services. We believe mental health is a basic human right, and we are committed to providing the compassion, respect, and acceptance our clients deserve. We specialize in treating eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, & adjustment issues- with a special interest in working with neurodivergent young adults & students. We provide therapy & nutrition services, as well as eating disorder assessments. By offering a range of services in-house, we serve as a one stop shop for clients seeking wrap around care.
Using a holistic framework that accounts for physical and emotional wellbeing, we empower clients with tailored tools to support progress toward their identified goals. We challenge clients to come as they are- not as they believe others want them to be- by providing a safe, supportive environment designed to promote optimal growth (hence our name!)
