We specialize in treating eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, and adjustment issues, with a passion for supporting neurodivergent young adults and students. Our services include therapy, EMDR, nutrition counseling & eating disorder assessments. By offering a range of services under one roof, we provide seamless, wraparound care.
Using a holistic framework that accounts for physical and emotional wellbeing, we empower clients with tailored tools to support progress toward their identified goals. Feminist Process Group
Explore personal growth, relationships, work, and mental health through a feminist lens. Connect, heal, and grow in a safe space that honors your voice and lived experience. This group encourages mutual support alongside self-expression, focusing on themes like identity, relationships, boundaries, vulnerability and resilience. DETAILS: -Group will meet every other week for 60 minutes (day and time TBD). -$100 per session or pay what you can (equitable sliding scale pricing available). -Open to adults residing in DC, MD & VA. -This group values inclusivity, with a trans-inclusive feminist framework. -Individuals with one or more marginalized identities enthusiastically welcomed.
