Wednesdays from 6pm - 7:30pm—starting on January 21st, 2026, with Jordan Dunn. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) integrates Eastern philosophical principles with Western behavioral psychology, in order to help individuals find balance between at times opposing ideas, such as acceptance and change, emotion and reason, being and doing.

In-Person Radically Open DBT
Fridays from 6:15pm - 7:15pm—starting on January 9th, 2026, with Sarah Davidson & Sophie Whittemore. RO-DBT stands for "radically open dialectical behavior therapy." This skills-based program guides members through a self-enquiry process that opens up opportunities to understand emotions, social signaling and that activates one’s own social safety to increase connection with others. The group will learn mindfulness skills for overcontrolled states of mind, interpersonal skills that focus on effectiveness, assertiveness and integrity.
