I have a passion for helping people turn toward the parts of themselves they’ve pushed away. I work with adolescents 14+, individuals, and couples navigating trauma, identity, and relationships, including motherhood and the identity shifts it brings, men’s performance pressure and provider strain, and women’s issues. I’m drawn to life transitions like becoming a parent, divorce, remarriage, blending families, infertility, or career change. With couples, I love helping partners rebuild communication, intimacy, and trust after rupture or betrayal. I strive to create a warm, parts-led, LGBTQ+ affirming space for every client.

I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 10+), teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, difficult life and/or faith transitions, and grief and loss. I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate marital concerns (including divorce) and those experiencing chronic pain and illness. As someone living with chronic health concerns, I bring added empathy and insight to that work and know the struggles of navigating the medical system. I am also LGBTQIA affirming and strive to be a culturally competent provider. I adopt a practical approach to healing and incorporate mindfulness practices in session with my clients.
