The Green Lotus provides art therapy and counseling services to individuals and families. We provide services to all age ranges and diversities. As a small, woman owned, private practice, we see people who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, trauma, work and home stressors, and perinatal concerns, such as infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. We are Art, Perinatal, and DBT Therapists. We pride ourselves on offering an alternative to traditional talk therapy.

The Green Lotus specializes in art therapy and provides the proper tools to communicate through the arts. We also specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and provide support to parents going through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, which may include grief and loss. Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness practices are utilized as well.

I often use Art Therapy in my practice. Freedom of expression is what Art Therapy is all about. Art Therapy provides participants with an alternative to traditional verbal therapy, enabling one to communicate through visible and tangible forms, which is not always easily discussed or understood. No art experience is needed to engage in Art Therapy and there will be no critiques of artwork.
