I am a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has worked in community mental health for close to 20 years. I have extensive experience working individuals and families living with anxiety, depression, trauma as well as substance abuse. I combine different therapeutic approaches including Person Centered, CBT, and EMDR.
