I treat BFRBs with ComB Therapy (hairpulling, skin picking) & trauma using Prolonged Exposure & Cognitive Processing Therapy.
I have over 18 years experience and use the gold-standard of exposure response prevention plus a variety of complimentary approaches as everyone's case is unique. I am trained in evidence-based modalities for anxiety disorders and OCD: Mindfulness, DBT informed, CBT, intensively trained ERP, I-CBT, PE, ACT and ComB for BFRB's. You can get better and heal!
