Teen Relational Skills Building Group
• A safe and supportive environment where the focus will be on learning to “share your thoughts and feelings in the moment” • Recommended for teens struggling with their social skills, interpersonal communications in order to learn how to have deeper connections • Gain Greater self-awareness, confidence and the ability to have more successful relationships. • Neurodivergent / High functioning ASD teens are welcome.
