I’m Grecia Alfaro Ruiz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I support adults and older adolescents who are navigating difficult experiences such as trauma (both past and present), grief and loss, anxiety, panic symptoms, and ongoing stress related to school, work, relationships, or family expectations. Others who seek my support may be exploring questions around identity, self-esteem, or trying to better understand patterns in their relationships. At the core of this work, many clients are looking for a space where they can slow down, feel heard without judgment, and begin to make sense of their experiences.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered care. I integrate EMDR, TF-CBT, and mindfulness strategies to support healing. Together, we build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and process experiences at a safe pace. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
