I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 29 years of experience. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults and adults who’ve made the decision that they are ready to get the help they need to improve their mental and emotional health and well-being. Life can be rough and present many challenges that can leave one feeling hopeless, isolated, stuck, sad and confused. I aim to create a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment where we work together to find the answers you need to address a wide range of challenges, difficulties and stressors that hinder you from reaching your goals and living your best life.
As a behavioral health therapist, I believe everything you need is on the inside of you and together we will work to discover the thoughts, actions and behaviors that will get you past your life struggles and to the place where you want to be and beyond. We will work to find & build your inner strengths so that you can overcome whatever challenges you face.
