My ideal client is someone who has been struggling with addictions of all kinds, and is ready to receive help. I have worked with individuals and families affected by substance abuse, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD for 30 years. I am also trained in neurofeedback and have been integrating with talk therapy for 23 years. This helps with anxiety, ADHD and aspergers.

I am a senior level therapist with a doctorate in psychology and over 20 years of clinical experience. I use my expert knowledge and experience to help you overcome anxiety and depression, resolve problems in your relationships and feel more satisfied with your life.
