Hi, I’m Grazi (she/her), and I’m glad you’re here. With more than 25 years of experience as a therapist, I work with teens and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or depression, or navigating challenges with relationships, school, or life transitions. Sometimes people reach out on their own, while other times a parent helps start the process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.
My style is client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions while building practical skills to manage stress, improve relationships, and feel more confident.
Many people reach out when they notice they feel more withdrawn, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves. Therapy can help you gain clarity, develop coping tools, and move forward with greater confidence. If therapy feels like the right step, you can request an appointment through my website, send me an email, and I’ll follow up to schedule a time.
