I am a licensed clinical social worker in both Florida and New York. I have extensive experience working with both individuals and couples that are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships and intimacy, feelings identification and expression, life transitions, and vocational stress.
I am a trauma informed therapist and use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic theory, and Relational-Cultural therapy. I am a warm and engaging provider that does not shy away from humor in the process of helping clients achieve their goals! I am taking new clients via telehealth in both FL and NY.
