I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, trauma, addiction, and grief. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I also appreciate and value working with gender, sexuality, and identity.
I believe that genuine connection with a caring and non-judgmental human is one of the most important parts of the healing process and strive to provide an environment of safety, guidance, transparency, and acceptance.

Many individuals believe they won’t benefit from therapy because their problems are “less severe” than others. You are worth healing no matter what you’re facing. There is no hierarchy of suffering, and— whatever it is that you’re going through at this moment— it matters, and you are deserving of support.

Tearing Down the Walls is an ongoing process & support group for adult(18+) men+ to practice vulnerability, seek connection, and explore their own emotional world together - You know, the stuff you've probably been taught not to do. Maybe you’ve been trying to find space to practice vulnerability & connection for a while, or maybe you’ve had no idea where to start at all - Either way, this group is for you. We’ll explore topics like masculinity, relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, and more while giving each member time and space to share and connect with one another.
