My work centers around LGBTQIA+ adults, healthcare professionals, and those in recovery from addiction and eating disorders. My goal is to offer a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to perform or articulate things perfectly. I specialize in trauma, recovery, and religious deconstruction. I'm honored to work with complex experiences related to identity, responsibility, shame, and change.

I bring both professional training and lived understanding into the room. I know how hard it can be to access self-compassion, especially when it feels distant or undeserved.
