I have a knack for learning how people best integrate information in a way that is useable and serviceable. Everyone learns in unique ways, and I will help you practice these tools and skills in a way that works for you.
The best way I can describe my approach is that I look at how your brain understands what is happening in the present moment, and how life experiences over time contribute to the way your brain understands and reacts to the world. Everyone has a unique brain, and I love helping people gain mastery over their inner experiences through this approach.
