Welcome! My name is Lisa Gray. I love my work and I'm biased towards the idea of therapy for everyone all the time, but let's begin by talking about how things end: We'll know our work is done when you feel confident that you can navigate your emotional seasons with the insight and strategies we develop together. You should feel increased peace and satisfaction in your relationship with yourself and the people around you, your energy for daily life, and your preparedness to weather future storms. With that in mind, dream big: What would your life be like without the weight of certain thoughts, emotions, or patterns of behavior?
When old patterns meet new responses, we begin to rewrite our internal world. You already have strategies that have gotten you this far; therapy is a place to re-evaluate what still works and what could be refined to better suit today's challenges.
I love using Brainspotting and IFS, but I consider myself a nimble clinician; I'm confident we will find a method of care that works for you. Relational healing! We'll figure it out together.
