People often come to me with challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression, pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, interpersonal conflict, etc.
Grateful guidance incorporates both gratitude and counseling, creating a fully-inclusive practice. I currently offer walk and talk sessions, group or individual yoga classes, and will soon be offering meditation classes to supplement therapy. This wraparound approach will help our clients live their best life now and in the future.
