I draw from AEDP, Emotion‑Focused Therapy, ACT, Psychodynamic work, Family Systems, and EMDR to support meaningful, lasting change. My focus is helping clients deepen emotional awareness, heal relational patterns, and cultivate a stronger sense of purpose. I offer individual, family, and couples therapy with a warm, engaged, and experiential style.
