I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to adults across Arizona. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and the quiet pressure to “hold it all together” while struggling underneath. Many of the clients I connect with are thoughtful, self-aware and motivated for change, yet feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I have a particular interest in working with adults who want to better understand themselves, build emotional resilience and reconnect with a sense of purpose and balance in their lives. My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded and tailored to you.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed care while also incorporating an existential perspective that explores meaning, identity and the bigger questions that often sit beneath distress. We’ll work at a pace that feels both safe and productive, balancing insight with action so you can experience real, lasting change.

I value authenticity, humor, and creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical to be effective. My goal is to help you feel understood while also gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to hold it alone.
