The idea for New Creation Counseling started years ago as I embarked on my life reclamation. Through my journey a wholehearted desire grew to help those who are hurting and I wanted to provide them with a safe place to heal. Over the years my authentic, relational and evidence based approach has seemed deliver the outcomes clients seek. It would be a privilege to share in your process of working through addiction, relationship discord, depression, anxiety, life transition, anger and any other issues you may be facing. We are not built to face these burdens alone, so I invite you to invest in yourself and start growing forward.
My style is guided by the principles of re-connection not re-invention, conversational not confrontational and casual not caviar. Simply put, its a modern approach to therapy. I utilize a number of strategies depending on your needs but you can generally expect the use cognitive, psychodynamic, dialectical, experiential and action oriented frameworks.
I have been where you are and it took me a long time to ask for help too. Let me give you the tools that I have been given so that every angst, anger, breakup or burden doesn't result in you falling to your emotional bottom. We will work together, at your pace to acknowledge and cope with the discomfort and truth that come from looking inward.
