I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationships, communication, grief, parenting, divorce, families and individuals in crisis. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and identify the underlying beliefs driving your behaviors, shaping your habits, and impacting your relationships.
