My heart is to help individuals and families in need. I am passionate about helping the broken, the lonely, and those in pain. I believe in a person-first approach in which we work together to help address needs and solve problems.
As an experienced therapist with 15 years of working in the field, I have much of my experience in working with trauma and anxiety. I believe we all have traumas - some big, some small - that impact how we live and process the world around us.
If you are hurting and you are wanting to take a step towards making your life better, I would love to join you in this journey towards healing. If you feel broken and life just doesn’t make sense, allow me to come along side and steer you towards clarity and wellness.
