Life is predictably unpredictable. Despite this, adapting to challenges may not always feel familiar or simple. Feeling understood and accepted is a powerful aspect to dealing with change, but not always available or prevalent. My goal is to provide support and tools while navigating through a variety of struggles and challenges. This does not require someone come in with a well-constructed plan. Therapy can be used to develop strategies and next steps. For over ten years I have had the pleasure of working with members of the community to find their best path forward.
My primary focus has been on mood disorders, behaviors management, addiction, and trauma. The goal is to calm overall emotional and behavioral responses to improve the present and future.
Life often feels like a lonely journey. This can result in loss of control and one thinking, "I don't even know how I got here." I am available for consultation to confirm my skillset matches the needs of any perspective client, or make appropriate recommendations/referrals.
