About
Presumably, you are here because something in your world isn't working. Maybe something needs to be different. Maybe you need help finding peace with what is. Therapy is a great place to work through some of these challenges.
As a therapist, I work to be particularly attuned to the relationship that exists between myself and my patient. Within this context, we explore your story.
The healing-journey can be challenging, and, you do not need to walk that path alone.

Grant E Hart's Groups
Women's Process Group
Groups typically last one-and-a-half hours, and are held weekly, virtually. Regular attendance is required, as is an interest in openly exploring one's interpersonal and emotional processes, in the company of others. Group therapy begins with at least one individual intake, in which we will discuss your goals for group and determine your goodness of fit.
