Dungeons and Dragons Group Therapy
Group therapy is wonderful. Group therapy with dice and dragons is even better. In this adult process group, we combine the core concepts of table-top roleplay with narrative, drama, and exposure therapy to create an environment of healing, safety, and of course fun! If there are parts of yourself you want to explore, if you want to practice skills that you can't in the real world, if there are parts of your past that are as scary as a dragon, you might be in the right place. Feel free to reach out, then roll for initiative!

LGBTQ Process Group
From the dawn of humanity, people have been finding safety in numbers. It's my experience that this tactic works just as well in a therapy setting as it does in the wilderness. Our focus is to build strong, supportive relationships and sufficient safety to be truly vulnerable. Being queer in the world is hard and that makes trusting others all the more difficult. We recognize that resilience is a double edged sword, offering durability, but hardening us to the world. This group is here to bring some softness and, hopefully, some healing to queer hearts that continue to survive.
