I help people (men, women, LGBTQ+, 17-55 years of age) navigate anxiety, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, deinstitutionalization, or experiencing barriers and feeling stuck. I believe that mental health is a continuum where we can all exist anywhere at any time within it.
When I work with you, I use unconditional, positive regard and acceptance. My approach is person-centered, CBT/DBT, mindfulness and motivation interviewing.
