I work with clients from all backgrounds, religions, gender identities, and sexual orientations. My practice focuses on trauma and the ways our experiences shape our sense of self, safety, and connection. Trauma can emerge from painful experiences or from what was missing—acceptance, warmth, protection, or belonging. To survive, we may separate from parts of ourselves, casting aspects of our being into the shadows. Through compassionate exploration of these hidden parts, we can reclaim lost aspects of ourselves, uncover inner wisdom, and move toward greater authenticity, integration, and wholeness.
In my practice, I use somatic parts work, a compassion-centered approach that honors the many parts of ourselves that have helped us survive and adapt. Through slowing down and building inner trust, clients can cultivate self-compassion, reconnect with their wisdom, and move through life with greater freedom and choice.
