Therapy is a collaborative activity in which we work together in a safe environment to help you become a more satisfied version of yourself. My approach aims to partner with you to identify what challenges you have and unlock the potential within you to move beyond those roadblocks. I work with relationship and attachment wounds, as well as complex trauma and religious/spiritual abuse. I am also trained in both EMDR and IFS and often incorporate these into session as well. Partnering with you, we can work through challenges from the past to help you heal and become the person you want to be.
We often come to therapy looking to resolve conflict, either within ourselves or with those around us. In therapy I will help you access the inner resources you need to lead a happier, more fulfilled life. Whether you've experienced relational trauma, religious abuse, unhealthy patterns, or just want a fresh perspective I can help!
