Being a specialist for 18+ years in treating OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Grief and Loss and many other issues, my goal for my client is to provide the best possible up to date treatment while my practice is a place that provides safe and confidential services. Skill based treatment is important and coping skills are provided to help my clients have methods and tools to improve outcomes in their lives. It is important when possible to also offer family counseling to help families understand their loved one with their struggles concerning Anxiety or OCD, etc. This leads to a successful outcome with a better quality of life.

I specialize in all aspects of OCD including religious OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Separation Anxiety Disorder, Perfectionism, PTSD, School Anxiety, Phobia's, Codependency, Grief and Loss, Anxiety in Relationships, Skin Picking, and Hair Pulling known as Trichotillomania.

Each client is treated as an individual while planning appropriate treatment that fits. Everyone is unique and can offer the world great gifts. With challenges life might bring, joy and positive outcomes can occur. I work with clients struggling with anxiety disorders including OCD. During the initial session, an assessment, background history, and diagnosis will be addressed along with a treatment plan and goals for therapy based on the clients needs.
