I will not flatter you, I will not judge you. In my experienced view, depression, anxiety, panic, dissociation, melancholy, etc. can be symptoms of internal struggles or past traumatic experiences. My service is backed by training, and years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy. I will provide individual talk therapy for life issues, Couples therapy, and EMDR for trauma. I am trained to provide both online and in person. My work is guided by training in experiential, psychodynamic, and cognitive approaches, as well as trauma treatment.
