As a psychotherapist I commit myself to supporting individuals and couples in their relationship, healthy intimacy, mind/body connection, depression, anxiety, and managing life with balance. I incorporate foundational health (diet, exercise, meditation, journaling) into my work with each client and seek to help each person develop inner resources for healing, and holistic health.
As a psychotherapist I have experience with issues of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness, pain, and sleep disorders. Through decades of experience in the field of HIV I am able to address the needs of LGBTQ+ clients, as well as sex and intimacy, couples therapy, substance use, and behavior change for longevity and wellness.
Contact me for a free 15 minute consultation, I'll look forward to getting to know you and to figure out if I'm the right therapist for you.
