I genuinely believe that, but sometimes it takes a deeper understanding of who you are (and maybe some cool tools and coping strategies) to get you to a place where you feel connected to yourself and others. I'm here to help you do just that.
I offer caring, compassionate, and nonjudgmental talk therapy for adults, 18 and up, who wish to strengthen their relationships and emotional health. Working collaboratively, my clients and I explore patterns in their lives to identify and change those that no longer serve them and find new paths that will.
