Each person will face challenges at some point in their lives and sometimes we need help to handle our life-stressors. I would like to help you find the tools to better your life and accomplish your goals, while providing a safe, warm, non-judgmental professional environment.
I have experience working with adults, children and families in outpatient mental health centers and psychiatric facilities. In addition to CBT, I have had training in DBT, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT) and Family Systems Therapy. Your therapy will be tailored to your needs and based on a partnership of mutual commitment.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I provide gender identity therapy and (co-)facilitate Transgender and Non-Binary Teen Support groups and Transgender and Non-Binary Family Support Groups in Nashua (temporarily on hold). At this time, I do not have any openings for new clients.
