My approach is integrative and tailored to you. I draw from various therapeutic techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), person-centered care, and Internal Family Systems. This blend allows us to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings naturally
