Hi! I am Graciela Zuniga, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. I am passionate about being a part of your healing journey, whether that be helping you find your voice or being a stable support as you navigate through life transitions. I've been providing mental health services to my community since 2009. I strive to create a safe and accepting space for my clients.
I utilize a variety of approaches in my work and will make accommodations to best fit each client. My most used approaches are client-centered, solution-focused, strength-based, Cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment. It's my number one goal to create psychological safety to build trust and ease nervousness when establishing a therapeutic relationship with my clients. As treatment progresses and a secure level of trust is established, I will gauge the needs of my clients and begin to introduce gentle confrontation.
