I utilize Mindfulness, Breathing and other techniques to empower and support clients.
I specialize in working with women who are experiencing stress, loss and change so they can flow with life in the way that they desire. We'll go at your pace and comfort level, there is no pressure to do more or be more. We will partner together to assist you in gaining clarity and direction in a gentle and validating environment.
