Thank you for reading. I'm a white femme nonbinary clinical social worker offering in person and virtual therapy sessions for all ages. I have been practicing for 3 years, and have been working with children, teens, and young adults for the past decade. I offer person-centered and trauma-informed therapy that aims to aid in healing.My approach is very relational, strengths based, and somatics informed. I utilize anti-racist, anti-capitalist, and queer frameworks.
I utilize well-researched and clinically proven strategies and interventions, while also integrating knowledge of connecting to our bodies. I have training in therapeutic techniques such as DBT, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered therapy, and Gestalt practice.
