I work with children, teens, and young adults with a passion to help you navigate anxiety or the effects of trauma. I believe therapy isn't about "fixing you", but instead our time should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps us explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a way that brings insight and clarity.
