Welcome! I’m Gracie Lundquist, a clinical mental health counselor dedicated to helping children and adults navigate life’s challenges with a focus on empowerment, growth, and interpersonal connection. I specialize in working with individuals who experience behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, neurodiversity, and trauma.
Understanding that every client is unique, I use a combination of attachment based therapy and trauma informed interventions to create a safe, nurturing environment where individuals can flourish. Sessions with me are designed to be engaging and interactive, using creative activities and play with younger clients to make therapy enjoyable and effective.
At Wildflower Family Therapy, I’ve created a warm and inviting space where clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves. My goal is to ensure that every individual feels heard, valued, and understood. Together, we will work towards building a brighter, more confident future for you or your child.
