Welcome! I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and the patterns that develop in response to difficult experiences. My ideal clients are curious, self-aware, and ready to better understand themselves while building practical tools for meaningful change. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist, I also support clients through infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and beyond.
I use evidenced based therapies to help clients recognize maladaptive thought patterns, identify values, & explore perspectives. I aim to help clients increase internal validation and self-worth. My specialty is using Accelerated Resolution Therapy, based in EMDR which involves bilateral eye movements to aid in releasing stuck emotions and trauma processing.
I strive to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for my clients to share their feelings. I promote an open discussion where the client and I process past experiences, unmet needs, and heavy emotions. My goal is to make sure the client never feels alone in their struggles.
