I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating difficult life transitions. Over the past four years, I’ve supported individuals across a variety of settings, including private practice, primary care, and the criminal justice system. These experiences have shaped my grounded, compassionate approach and my belief in meeting clients where they are with care and respect.
Together, we focus on identifying meaningful goals and creating realistic, manageable steps toward change, while building practical coping skills that can be used in everyday life.
I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach and strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
