Whether you had a parent who over worked and ignored you, or you were gang rapped by several individuals- you were impacted and your life was never the same. I want to help you confront your trauma, process & grieve, and accept. I want you to view yourself as the free, confident person you were created to be!
I specialize in helping clients feel safe enough to confront and process their life experiences. Whether it is a recent crisis or things from your past that are holding you back, we address and process. I help you begin to function at your highest capacity and healthy thinking, which allows you to enjoy life and everything it has to offer.
You may be minimizing your needs, maybe your scared, or just hopeless. That is totally understandable. My goal is to help you feel safe and stable through my gifting of empathy and understanding. I create a non judgmental space for you to be yourself and express your hurts and needs. Once your safe we will begin the healing journey at your desired pace.
