Hello, I am a psychotherapist, and I currently accept new clients. My area of expertise is holding space for clients in deeper levels of healing and achieving self-leadership and self-compassion. The ultimate goal for healing is to safely rebuild and rewire our neuro-network, attachment, and autonomic nervous system. I have been a Vegas local for 16 years, after living in China for 19 years. I am proficient in both languages, and my practice integrates both modern western science and ancient eastern wisdom, to hold space for you navigating the world, through different walks of life
I am certified in Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, Parts and Memory and Trauma-Focused CBT, and I am also trained in IFS, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Compassionate Inquiry by Gabor Mate, as well as EFT and Gottman Method for couples and Minuchin's Family Systems Theory. I can further assist you processing generational burden/trauma and developmental trauma.
I might have different trainings under my belt, but therapy is not only "modality-shopping". It is about building therapeutic alliances. Healing happens via connection. My approach is non-pathological and person-centered. I believe true healing and authentic changes only happen on the level of our unconscious, attachment, neuro-pathways, and nervous systems.
