I would like to assist you to dive safely and compassionately deeper than the cognitive and analytical level, into the unconscious, with my focused trainings in emotional-based and trauma-focused approaches. I believe that's the key to true healing and authentic change.
I believe most people are already trying their best, and they might just need a map to navigate. Before relocating to the US, where I spent nearly 15 years living, I spent 19 years living in China. I appreciate this remarkable experience because it has greatly helped me in trying my best to understand people's various struggles and challenges in life.
