Current openings for telehealth! I work with couples and individuals navigating life transitions, relational issues and lifecyles, depth work, anxiety, and grief. I offer a non-judgmental space for clients from diverse backgrounds, including ENM partners, LGBTQ2S+, service members, immigrants, single parents, and more. My clients find strong rapport with me and know I'm there to encourage them, kindly challenge them toward their goals, and incorporate their inherent wisdom. My practice emphasizes awareness, adopting alternative perspectives, connection to mind-body, and grounded in pragmatic navigation of real-life issues.

I invest in trauma-informed and personalized approaches for each client. I work with individuals, families (including blended), and intimate partners (including ENM). During Spring and Summer, I can offer walk-and-talk appts to incorporate the inherent regulating benefits in natural-world spaces (including exposure therapy), as well as ecogrief counseling.
