I have a passion for supporting individuals struggling with various concerns, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety, agoraphobia, and panic disorder. While I have experience and enjoy working with all ages and varying issues, I have a special interest in pediatric OCD treatment.
I also have experience working with individuals dealing with depression, stress, life transitions, cultural/racial exploration, relationship issues, and much more. My goal is to help you (or your child) better understand what’s happening beneath the worry, increase tolerance for relief, and begin to feel more in control of daily life again.
I have training and experience using several approaches, including ERP, I-CBT, DBT, and ACT, with a person-centered foundation. The modalities used will depend on your needs as we collaborate on a plan. My office is designed as a safe space for all, giving those who visit the chance to express their concerns without judgment.
No one should have to navigate such feelings alone. Together, we can work towards change in a space where struggles are met with compassion and understanding. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but with patience, conversation, care, and therapeutic tools, meaningful change is possible. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey!
