Maybe you’ve spent years being accommodating, only to feel exhausted, or like you've lost your voice in the process. When we begin to care for ourselves in new ways, things shift. We stop settling. We name what we need, recognize when a job or relationship has run its course, and trust ourselves more fully. As your relationship with yourself changes, so does what’s possible.
The unconscious speaks up in creative ways: intuition and inspiration, mistakes, dreams, and symptoms. My approach is depth-oriented, drawing from Jungian, psychoanalytic, relational, and attachment-based frameworks. I use traditional talk therapy and techniques like dream analysis. We’ll listen for what your psyche is communicating and where it wants to go.
As a therapist, I'm curious about the parts of you that may have gone quiet to belong. I love working with sensitive people, artists, and anyone who sees the world a little differently.
