I bring a trauma-informed and heartfelt approach to understanding experiences of anxiety, depression, grief, religious and exploitation trauma (from cults, abusive work environments and reality TV participation), and LGBTQIA+ and TGNC identities and experiences.
I practice from a body affirming perspective and enjoy working with mindfulness, psychodynamic, strengths and empowerment modalities and find endless value in empathic listening. To be a solid force of support to clients throughout challenges with mental health, difficult times of transition and coping with overwhelming emotions is a great honor.
