I support individuals through life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional challenges, with a special interest in high-conflict couples, neurodiversity, religious trauma, and perinatal and maternal health. I also enjoy working with healthcare professionals, caregivers, creatives, and those navigating self-esteem.

My experiences have shaped my commitment to systemic, compassionate care. I have a deep appreciation for the impact of intergenerational patterns and the uniqueness of every client’s story. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy making art, running, and spending time outside.
